Who I am, really.
I love a good challenge and have learned to settle into the rough patches in both work and life. I am an avid cyclist and strive to push myself to the edge on every ride. I am a fervent lover of complex recipes & delicious food, sweaty yoga classes, dry humor, and my dog, Levi.

Moments before the pandemic in 2020, I arrived back to the states after a month abroad, exploring all that South Africa, Portugal, and Germany have to offer. I shuffled through amazing markets & shops, came dangerously close to very large, wild animals, and stood on the Cape of Good Hope with a clear mind and full spirit.

The past few years have been a challenge for so many, myself included. I realize a good foundation of agility, understanding, grace, and grit is important now more than ever.
